There is so much you can do with editing software these days, but in general, I have a natural editing style that does not feature heavy retouching/body reshaping, adding in Santa, or placing you at the beach (unless we happen to be there).

Especially when photographing kids, there are scrapes/cuts that can happen close to picture time. I am always happy to help determine if it's an easy edit or requires a reschedule!

You can just Photoshop that out, right?

 I recommend starting by choosing a color palate either all from the same color (monochromatic) or choose three colors that complement each other! Mix in prints and textures too. Reach out for suggestions or for my inspo board!

P.S. What you wear can impact the look of your photos — however, while it may FEEL LIKE the most important thing on picture day (and whether or not your hair cooperates), I promise you that it really is your love and connection that make for the prettiest pictures.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

No experience required here!! My number one goal is always getting you to feel comfortable in front of the camera. I tailor my approach based on you! Guiding clients through a mix of poses and prompts I find helps them feel more at ease and creates that natural, candid feel to your photos.

We’ve never had professional photos done. How much guidance do you provide?

I do the work for you — I carefully choose all the best photos to deliver to you! We are all about keeping it easy over here, which means you don’t pay for extra images or pay extra to access the full gallery. Additionally, I do not provide any raw photos.

Do we get to see all the photos?

For mini sessions, you will have your full online gallery within two weeks! Check my IG for sneak peeks after.
